Support for Student Participation in Events
The Prorectorate for Student Affairs, through the Student Affairs Department, supports the participation of students in events by means of three programs:
o Support Program for Scientific Paper Presentation – Ordinance No. 5/2022/PRAE
The Support Program for Scientific Paper Presentation provides financial support to students regularly enrolled in on-campus undergraduate programs at UFSC in presenting scientific papers at academic and scientific events in Brazil and abroad. The program seeks to promote undergraduate scientific production, provide opportunities for students to disseminate their research, and encourage interaction between undergraduate students, their peers, and the academic communities of other institutions. o Support Program for Collective Participation in Events – Ordinance No. 8/2017/PRAE
The Support Program for Collective Participation in Events provides financial support for the participation of groups of students regularly enrolled in on-campus undergraduate programs at UFSC in academic and scientific events, student or institutional representation events, and technical visits, when there is interest from multiple students in attending the same event. The Support Program for Student Academic Events provides financial support to students regularly enrolled in on-campus undergraduate programs at UFSC in organizing academic events related to different undergraduate programs. Learn more here.
