Language Learning Support

The Language Learning Support Program is a benefit granted to low-income students, with the aim of encouraging their retention at the University.

The program provides exemption from payment of the registration fee in extracurricular foreign language courses offered by the Department of Foreign Language and Literatures (DLLE) at UFSC.

To apply, the student must:

  • be duly enrolled in an undergraduate program at UFSC (on-campus program);
  • be registered with PRAE, having one of the following statuses: “Analysis Completed”, “Income Verified” or “Emergency Registration Approved” according to the Student Assistance Unit of their campus;
  • not be enrolled in another extracurricular foreign language course offered by the Department of Foreign Language and Literatures at UFSC in the current semester.
