Student Housing
Located on the Florianópolis Campus, the UFSC Student Residence Hall provides free housing for undergraduate students from outside the city who have a gross per capita family income of up to 1.5 minimum wages and a valid socioeconomic registration with PRAE. The residence hall is located at Rua Desembargador Vitor Lima, 700, Carvoeira, and is regulated by Resolution No. 06/CUn/2003.
The residence hall accomodates 156 students, and places are allocated through calls for applications as vacancies become available.

UFSC also offers Indigenous Student Accommodation for Indigenous undergraduate and graduate students, providing free housing for up to 30 students on the Florianópolis Campus.
