Sports Activities Fee Exemption

The Sports Activities Fee Exemption Program is a benefit granted to students in situations of economic vulnerability, with the aim of encouraging their retention at the University.

The program provides exemption from payment of the registration fee in extracurricular sports activities offered by the UFSC School of Sports (CDS).

To apply for the benefit, students must:

  • be regularly enrolled in an undergraduate program at the UFSC Florianópolis Campus;
  • have a PRAE registration with one of the following statuses: “Analysis Completed”, “Income Verified” or “Emergency Registration Approved”;
  • not be enrolled in another extracurricular sports activity offered by the CDS during the current semester;
  • meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the selected sport activity, as described in the call for applications.
