Student Housing Management Department (DGME)
The Student Housing Management Department (DGME) manages the Student Residence Hall, the Indigenous Student Accommodation, and the Student Accomodation of the Undergraduate Program in Indigenous Intercultural Education of the Southern Atlantic Forest. It also addresses the needs of the Maloca Occupation, where indigenous students from various university programs reside. Additionally, the department is engaged in discussions to expand student housing availability.
DGME’s mission is to provide housing for undergraduate students at UFSC, and, in the case of indigenous students, for graduate students as well.
