Sports Participation Support
The Sports Participation Support Program is a benefit granted to low-income students, with the aim of encouraging their retention at the University.
The program provides exemption from payment of the registration fee in extracurricular sports activites offered by the UFSC School of Sports (CDS).
To apply, the student must:
- be duly enrolled in an undergraduate program on UFSC Florianópolis Campus;
- be registered with PRAE, having one of the following statuses: “Analysis Completed”, “Income Verified” or “Emergency Registration Approved”;
- not be enrolled in another extracurricular sports activity offered by the CDS in the current semester;
- meet the criteria for participation in the chosen sport activity, as described in the call for applications.
